Lifting Natural Lashes to Fullest Potential
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call/text 252-599-3861 or 252-357-9191 at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. No Call/No Show will be charged 50% of original price of service. Payment of No Call/No Show fee is required before scheduling any future appointments. Clients who arrive more than 10-15 mins after scheduled appointment will be charge a $10 late fee, which will be applied to your final price of service. Clients who arrive more than 15 mins after scheduled appointment will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a $20 fee due to loss of compensation. IF there's any reason you DO NOT like the services provided *PLEASE inform the Lash Tech IMMEDIATELY* in order to receive a FULL refund. IF the client decide they are not satisfied with the services after HALF of the services has been provided, the CLIENT will be responsible for HALF of the final price of original services.
